Sample a wide variety of fermented foods including breads, cheeses, pickles and drinks from local producers. Learn about the magic of fermentation from displays, exhibits, hands-on classes and a program of three keynote presentations.
Noon-8pm, Music Stage:
Festivities - Samba - Drums - Rock - Vocalists & More
Enjoy a wide variety of exceptional musical talent from Sonoma County
all day long and into the evening.
Program includes tours of Salmon Creek School’s new, first-in-the-state, LEED-certified meeting building, their organic gardens, and a nature trail though the redwoods.
