Kathryn will show a trailer of her documentary in making. The trailer shows people from around the world after going through a process that helps them own a disowned part of themselves for healing and greater expression, using the body as a backdrop for truth!  

We will also have a playful and deep discussion about

• owning our shadow, 
• honoring our truth, 
• celebrating our healing
• building inner resilience in this time of change.
